staff seemed quite overwhelmed during peak hours. Despite this, I appreciated the fresh options available, particularly the scrambled eggs and muffins. It did take some time to find a place to sit, though, as it got rather crowded.

The staff were incredibly kind and resourceful, even providing toothpaste I forgot to pack. The breakfast service was warm and inviting with attentive staff.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, causing some areas to feel unfinished. My room's wallpaper was peeling, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

During my stay, I faced numerous issues with the room door latch which didn't work properly. Housekeeping left it open, causing serious safety concerns. Additionally, the check-in system malfunctioned multiple times. I returned to find someone had opened my door mistakenly. Each time I had to get my key reissued, which was incredibly frustrating.

The door latch didn’t work properly!!! Housekeeping left the door open!!! The furniture looks outdated and scratched!!! A significant need for maintenance throughout the hotel is apparent.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend pause in Marion with very good value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the assistant manager who made us feel very welcome. Keep an eye out for the breakfast staff. they are really helpful and attentive.

The stay was decent though there were some challenges. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. However, the door latch was problematic, and we felt unsafe at times because housekeeping didn't latch it properly. Despite these issues, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the snacks offered during the cable outage were a nice touch. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, though there is room for improvement.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed the indoor heated pool and 24-hour fitness center. The breakfast was solid, especially the warm cinnamon buns and made-to-order pancakes. We also caught a Minor League Baseball game, which was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better!
